The club is very proud to announce that Gabriel Hull (Dynamo | Dash Youth) has committed to Clemson University with their Paralympic Soccer Residential Training Program (RTP). Clemson’s RTP is a unique opportunity for athletes with disabilities, and allows athletes with a disability to continue playing collegiate soccer while earning their college degree. Players earn in-state tuition waiver in the form of an athletic scholarship and will train weekly with the team. This is the only program of this nature in the United States. Athletes will seek to excel on the field with team training, personal development training and strength and conditioning, as the program seeks to prepare players for the US Para National Team. This distinctive program, the only one in the country, is paving the way for soccer players with disabilities in the United States.

Houston, TX (April 28, 2021) - The Houston Dynamo | Dash Youth Soccer Club is excited to announce that they will be providing an additional playing platform for the Boys Elite Program in the Elite Clubs National League - RL for the 2021-22 season. The Boys Elite Program are proud to be a member of the ECNL & ECNL-RL for the 2021-22 season.

Dynamo Youth joins the following clubs for the ECNL-RL Texas Conference: Oklahoma Energy (OK), Tulsa SC (OK), Oklahoma Celtic (OK), Dallas Texans (TX), Solar (TX), BVB (TX), Classics Elite (TX), San Antonio City (TX), Lonestar SC (TX), Rise SC (TX) & Albion Hurricanes (TX).

The following age / birth year groups will be involved in the expansion - U13 (2009), U14 (2008), U15 (2007), U16 (2006), U17 (2005) and U19 (2004/2003).  The ECNL Boys has ninety (90) total member clubs across eight (8) conferences having provided previously four national events for teams to attend along with post season national championship competition.

"The club has to continually reflect and adapt in providing the best developmental platform for all players to to excel. By creating the ECNL-RL opportunity this will elevate the overall training and competition level across the boy's elite platform" said Dave Dengerink, Director of Player Development.  "We look forward to forming these new groups, working more extensively with the ECNL and providing a more streamlined pathway for our players."

Mitchell Cardenas and the San Diego Sockers won their 15th indoor championship (Ron Newman Cup) by beating Ontario Fury 2-1, April 16, 2021 in Ontario. Mitchell Cardenas (Houston Dynamo Youth | Campbell University) followed in his father's footsteps Alex Cardenas (Dynamo Youth Boys Academy Director / San Diego Sockers 2001-2002) by playing at the same club twenty years later. San Diego Sockers are part of MASL (Major Arena Soccer League).

"It means a lot to win a championship in a city and organization that my father was a part of as well. Seeing him play and win several championships at the professional level motivated me even more and set the standard of what winning means, so I’m happy and thankful to my family for their support." Mitchell Cardenas.

"It is a great feeling to see Mitchell fulfill a goal in his soccer career and it makes me very proud to see him become a champion with San Diego. The Sockers was a team in which I also played for in my professional career and unfortunately lost in the final" said Alex Cardenas. "I hope that many more triumphs will come in his life and I take great pride in knowing that Mitchell was a bi-product of our program since he was 8 years old and that hard work pays off at some point."

The club continues to be recognized for developing elite players (41) that have been selected for national team events (games, camps & virtual meetings). Congratulations to the three latest players above that have been invited to attend.

Houston's #1 youth soccer club continues to add college commitments (49 players) throughout the spring season and is very proud to congratulate the following players that are signees or have committed to their colleges of choice.  The club continues to lead the Houston area with student-athletes committing to collegiate soccer programs, with over 200 players since 2017 in addition to 40 national team placements. The Class of 2021 and 2022 are highlighted by 15 NCAA Division I schools, as well as, additional signings at powerhouse Division II and III schools.

Greetings Friends of Dynamo Dash Youth!

We are very excited as the dawn of the 2021 Dynamo FC & Dash seasons are almost upon us. With that, comes to relaunch of the Dynamo Dash Youth Ticket in Registration program. Every single player in the club gets one ticket to a Dynamo FC or Dash game of their choosing this spring. The first opportunities to do this are right around the corner!

The Houston Dash begin their defense of the Challenge Cup on Friday April 9 at BBVA Stadium at 7:30pm and then again Sunday May 2 v Portland at 6:30pm. You may use your ticket in registration for either of these games as well as purchase additional tickets here: Fevo.

The Houston Dynamo FC will kick off their season on Friday April 16^th at 7pm vs the San Jose Earthquakes. We will be hosting 6,500 fans in a reduced capacity for Phase 1 of the MLS Season.  Due to the limited availability for the Opening Night match, we have launched a waitlist for Group Tickets should ticket become available after Dynamo365 Season Ticket Members.
