Ticket redemptions are simple and convenient. Through an online ticketing platform, each family will be able to redeem their player ticket for up to as many kids as they have registered in the DDY program. Families can also purchase additional tickets at a discounted rate.
Additional Dynamo tickets are $15 for all games except LA Galaxy ($20) and all additional Dash tickets are $12.
Any families with more than four players in the program should contact Jay Adelberg directly to process their player tickets at (713) 276-7529 or jadelberg@houstondynamo.com.
Please note: All online ticket links close at 5:00pm two days prior to kickoff time. Tickets can still be acquired after the online window has closed by contacting Jay Adelberg directly (see information above).

Q: If I have multiple kids playing in Dynamo | Dash Youth, how can I redeem all their player tickets?
A: You can redeem up to four player tickets at once. The page will prompt you to put your players name and age in for verification.
Q: What if I have more than four kids playing in the program?
A: Please contact Jay in the sales office at 713-276-7529 or jadelberg@houstondynamo.com if you have more than four kids in the program and want to redeem your tickets.
Q: Can I redeem only the free player ticket without making a purchase?
A: Yes, you may redeem your free player ticket(s) without making an additional purchase.
Q: How can I make sure our team/group are all seated together?
A: There is an easy way to do this. When you make your purchase, you will be given a new unique link. If you send that link to your team members and they also use it to make their purchases, you will be seated together.
Q: What do I do if I need to purchase once the link for a certain game has closed?
A: The links close 48 hours before the game (i.e. Saturday game, link closes at 5pm Thursday) for processing of tickets. If you need to purchase after that time, please contact Jay Adelberg in the Dynamo & Dash sales office directly at 713-276-7529 or jadelberg@houstondynamo.com.
Q: When are the tickets I purchased delivered?

Q: If I have already redeemed my player tickets, can I still purchase tickets for additional games at the discounted rate on the landing page?
A: Absolutely! Just follow the same buying procedure. The system will not allow you to redeem additional player tickets.
