Houston Youth Cup 2018 - Mia's Table
The club is very excited to announce that Mia's Table is partnering with the Houston Youth Cup 2018. The event will kick off the pre-season period for 300 teams that will visit from multiple cities (Dallas, San Antonio, Austin, Galveston, College Station, TX and Baton Rouge, Lafayette, LA), August 17-19. Games will be played in The Woodlands and Conroe, TX.
Mia's Table will also be sponsoring the Pre-Season Camps - West (Fulshear / Katy community) from August 6-9, 13-16.

Kingwood Program - Effex Management Solutions 2018-19
The club is very excited to announce that Effex Management Solutions (Kingwood, TX) is renewing their partnership with the Dynamo | Dash Youth Soccer Club for the 2018-19 season. The company will be supporting all the camp and program operations within the Kingwood branch of the club.

The club has recently expanded the Kingwood Program which is now training at two local complexes - North Park Sports Fields & River Grove Park. The program will provide soccer playing opportunities for over 400 players within the Competitive & Youth Academy Program.

Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign - Hunter Family Orthodontics
The club is very excited to announce that Hunter Family Orthodontics will be partnering with the club's Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign for the second year managed by our Girls Development Academy Program. The club will be producing a BCA shirt that will be sold to it's members in August / September. This can be worn by any player (boy or girl) at their first training session of the week and during the warm-up before any game in October (International Breast Cancer Awareness Month).
Hunter Family Orthodontics will also be partnering with The Woodlands Township World Cup Camp, July 23-26

US Amputee Soccer
The club hosted a three day event where USA, England and Haiti amputee national soccer teams competed against each other at Gosling Sports Park, The Woodlands, TX. This event was staged to help the teams prepare for the World Cup which will be held in Guadalajara, Mexico from October 25 - November 5, 2018.

US Amputee Soccer Lonestar Invitational
The club is very honored to have the opportunity of hosting The American Amputee Soccer Association event this coming weekend at Gosling Park, The Woodlands, TX. Teams from Haiti, England the USA will compete against each other in a preparation event leading up to the Amputee Soccer World Cup which will be held in Guadalajara, Mexico from October 25 - November 5, 2018

Dynamo | Dash Youth Expansion 2018
The club is extremely excited to announce their latest expansion into two new geographic areas starting June 1, 2018.
The following levels of soccer will be offered:
- Recreational Level (U4-U7/ 2015-2012 birth years)
- Youth Academy (U8-U10 / 2009-2011 birth years)
- Competitive (U11-U19 / 2000-2008 birth years)

Frontier Development League - Houston Dash

US Youth Soccer Announces Frontier Development League (FDL) Within The USYS National League Frontier Conference For Girls
The Woodlands, TX (May 7, 2018) – Houston Dynamo | Dash Youth Soccer Club is excited to announce its participation in the Frontier Development League (FDL) for its inaugural 2018-19 season. Six of the top U.S. Soccer Girls’ Development Academy clubs from TX and OK have joined together to provide further player opportunities for the U13-U19 (2006-2000 birth years). The following teams are included from the Frontier Conference of the Girls Development Academy: Dallas Texans, FC Dallas, Houston Dash, Lonestar SC, Solar, Oklahoma Energy FC. The Frontier Development League will provide the following:
- Development Academy (DA) pathway
- Exposure to the DA training and match environment
- Top college exposure
- Opportunity to play High School Soccer
- Coordinated match schedule with DA
- Meaningful games
In addition to the FDL league, teams will be allowed to play in USYS National League, Regional Championships, and the National Series State Cup.

The FDL will be a great option for players looking for an advanced college prep program with great showcase opportunities as well as eligibility to guest play with the DA. Frontier Development League FAQ
Q. What is the Frontier Development League?
A. The Frontier Development League is made up of United States Development Academy clubs from TX & OK.
Q. Where will the FDL players come from?
A. The objective is to assemble the best players within the city of Houston that are not currently participating in the Development Academy.
Q. What age groups will participate?
A. Girls: U13-U19 (2006-2000 birth years)
Q. Will FDL players be able to play High School Soccer?
A. YES. FDL players are allowed to participate in all school sports (including soccer)
Q. What are the program goals?
A. Offer playing opportunities and an elite practice environment
A. Prepare players that have DA and college scholarship aspirations
A. To practice alongside the DA Program on a consistent basis
Q. How many times will FDL teams practice?
A. Three (3) times per week. Extra sessions with the DA, older FDL and boys' DA teams will be offered.
Q. How many players will be on FDL rosters?
A. 18-20 players.
Q. Are the FDL teams already formed?
A. No. Over the next few weeks placement considerations will be given to all those that have an interest in the program. Players seeking an evaluation can be current members of HDDY or from any club in the City of Houston.
Q. When can players be evaluated?
A. Now. Please contact Darron Rush, Director of Coaching at drush@dynamodashyouth.com and an evaluation can be scheduled.
Q. Will there be official tryouts for the FDL teams?
A. Yes. Players interested should attend their respective age groups and times listed on the main tryout page.

Q. What will the FDL program cost?
A. $2,165 for club and league fees.
A. Specific travel expenses will be announced after the full schedule is finalized.
Q. Where will FDL teams practice?
A. 1 session north (Bear Branch, Gosling or Lents)
A. 1 session south (Dave Finkel Fields, Houston Sports Park or Presbyterian School of Houston.)
A. 1 session in their own market place. The market place plan is to have the DA and FDL players train together.
Q. How many games will the FDL teams play?
A. Details of the exact schedule are still TBD. Players can expect approximately 16-18 games (fall / spring) and age appropriate showcase events.
Q. What are the substitution rules for the FDL teams?
A. All rostered players will be allowed to play with one (1) re-entry per half.
Q. Will the FDL teams have a college showcase schedule?
A. Yes, pertaining to the appropriate age group. Events will be selected to maximize exposure in conjunction with other FDL teams, league and high school commitments.
