🏆 Over 3,550 Players Take the Field for the HTX Soccer Fall 2026 Season Opener 🏆

Saturday marked the start of something special across Greater Houston: the opening weekend of the 2026 Fall Recreational Program, proudly presented in partnership with TDECU. More than 3,550 players laced up and took to the fields, kicking off a season that promises to be one of HTX Soccer's biggest yet.

This fall's program is bigger and more connected than ever, spanning 10 locations across the Greater Houston area:

- 1,900+ matches
- 350 volunteer coaches
- 12,000+ weekend spectators
Families and fans filled fields across Clear Lake, Friendswood, Humble, Katy/Fulshear, Kingwood, League City, Sienna, Tomball, The Woodlands, and Woodforest, proof that the spirit of grassroots soccer runs strong in every corner of our city. Whether players are stepping onto the pitch for the very first time or returning for another season with their HTX family, this fall is shaping up to be filled with fun, growth, and community connection. The season will conclude on Saturday, November 14.

About HTX Soccer
HTX Soccer is the largest youth soccer club in the Greater Houston area, serving more than 8,500 players ages 3 to 19 across a 100-mile radius from Downtown Houston. From recreational play to elite competition, HTX represents the true heart of soccer in the city and its surrounding communities.
Since 2006, HTX has helped more than 825 players advance to collegiate soccer, more than any other club in the region - while 67 players have been selected for youth national team activities and 18 have gone on to play professionally around the world.
The club's elite boys' teams compete in the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL), and its elite girls' teams play in the Girls Academy (G.A.) League, both top-tier platforms in U.S. youth soccer.
