The club's 11th annual Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign organized by the Houston Dash Academy kicks off on September 1 with 1,600 pink shirts going on sale across the club. The program is brought to you by Hunter Family Orthodontics. Last year, the campaign provided resources for the Girls Academy Program (GA / GA2) and a generous donation of $10,000 to In The Pink of Health / Memorial Hermann Foundation.
Over $80K has been donated to local charities since inception of the program in 2012, with more than 10,000 pink shirts sold and worn in the local community.

"We look forward to another very successful Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign that will not only support the Houston Dash Academy, but also a local charity that provides support and resources to those fighting breast cancer," said Marcus Watt, Girls Academy Head Coach / BCA Director. "It's a program that continually grows each year and has become a very important part of our club by reinforcing our core value of service. I would like to thank all the players, parents, coaching staff, team managers, and volunteers for their support and look forward to seeing all the pink shirts on the fields in the month of October."
