Houston Dynamo | Dash Youth Soccer Club creates a new role - Director of Talent Identification 

The Woodlands, TX – March 20, 2018 – The club is excited to announce a new full-time staff position to identity elite level talent for both boys and girls. This position will be responsible to scout individual and team talent in the greater Houston area. This new role will greatly support the overall development process across the club of 5,800 players.

Nick O’Shea will take on this role effective immediately. Nick has 30+ years extensive experience in the following soccer areas:

• U.S. Soccer Development Academy (Youth Soccer)
• NCAA Div. I (College)
• Men’s Player Development League (PDL)
• Olympic Development Program Director (State / Regional)
• Professional Player (indoor / outdoor)
