HTX Soccer Renews and Expands Collaboration with Memorial Hermann-GoHealth Urgent Care

The club is excited to announce the renewal and expansion of its collaboration with Memorial Hermann-GoHealth Urgent Care, reinforcing a shared commitment to supporting the health and wellness of players, families and staff across the club.

As HTX Soccer’s official urgent care partner, Memorial Hermann-GoHealth will serve as the title sponsor of the club's small-sided tournament series, which are offered in multiple locations within Houston. Tournament participants and spectators will see the Memorial Hermann-GoHealth branding on-site. In addition to sponsoring the tournaments, Memorial Hermann-GoHealth supports creating a safe and enjoyable experience for athletes by helping to purchase equipment, maintain fields, provide scholarships for athletes in need, and more.

Memorial Hermann-GoHealth provides convenient access to quality healthcare services for our local communities. With 28 locations throughout the Greater Houston area, including seven centers open to midnight daily, Memorial Hermann-GoHealth provides families access to a wide range of services, including treatment for illnesses and injuries, on-site lab testing, X-rays, sports physicals and virtual urgent care visits.

“At Memorial Hermann-GoHealth, we’re proud to continue our collaboration with HTX Soccer and support the health of young athletes and their families both on and off the field,” said Memorial Hermann-GoHealth's Vice President of Operations Peter Dagher. “Whether it’s treating a sports injury, completing a sports physical or caring for an unexpected illness, we’re committed to making quality care convenient and accessible. In fact, our recent Urgent Care Pulse Check Survey found that 29% of Houston families who have ever used urgent care say a child under 18 is typically the patient, highlighting the important role urgent care plays in keeping young athletes healthy and in the game.”

“This partnership is all about supporting our community,” said Simon Boddison, Director of Soccer Operations. “We’re excited to renew and expand our relationship with Memorial Hermann-GoHealth Urgent Care as we continue looking for ways to enhance the experience for our players and families. The health and safety of our players will always be our primary concern, and providing access to first-class, trusted healthcare resources is a key part of that commitment. As our club continues to grow and serve over 8,500 athletes across the Greater Houston area, it’s important that we partner with organizations that share our values and put the well-being of young athletes first. Whether it's a sports-related injury, a seasonal illness or a routine physical, they provide the quality care, convenience and expertise our families can rely on. We’re proud to continue building this relationship and ensuring our players have the support they need to stay healthy, safe and performing at their best both on and off the field.”

The collaboration reflects both organizations’ dedication to promoting healthy, active lifestyles and ensuring athletes have access to quality care when they need it most. As the club continues to grow and host more events across the Houston area, the expanded collaboration will provide additional support and resources for members throughout the year.
