HTX Soccer Wraps Up a Fantastic Houston City Cup – Spring 2025
Houston, TX – May 18, 2025
HTX Soccer proudly concluded the 3rd annual Houston City Cup, marking another successful chapter in this growing spring tradition. Spanning from March through May, the cup competition provided an exciting and competitive platform for youth teams ranging from U11 to U19, hosted across eight premier locations throughout Houston.
Each team was guaranteed four games, offering a strong close to the spring season. The format allowed for meaningful matchups while reducing the travel burden on families—a key element of the event. To honor outstanding performances, medals were awarded to both finalists and champions in each bracket.

ABOUT HTX SOCCER
HTX Soccer is the largest youth soccer club in the Greater Houston area with more than 8,500 players at every skill level from recreational to elite from the ages of 3-19. The club truly represents the sport in Houston, with teams serving a 100-mile radius from Downtown Houston. Since 2017, it has developed over 475 players who have gone on to play collegiately, more than any other club in the area, and 66 players have been selected to attend their respective youth national teams activities. HTX Soccer’s elite boys’ teams are part of the ECNL, the most competitive youth soccer league in America, and its elite girls teams compete in the Girls Academy (G.A.) League against the top teams and clubs throughout the country.
