The club continues to set very high expectations in terms of coaching education and licensure within the club.  The following staff members have recently acquired their USSF 'C' License over a six-month period of course work.

*"I'm proud to be associated with Dynamo Dash Youth, a Club that supports and values coaching development.  Many of our members might be surprised to learn that this course alone takes in excess of 150 hours of course work followed by an on-field evaluation to obtain certification.  As a coach and role model, it's important that I demonstrate to my players that, even for coaches, learning is continuous.  Successfully completing the "C" licence helps me be a better resource for the young ladies I coach."*   **Bryan Shipp.**
