🗓️ October Recap: Encouraging Month of October for the ECNL & ECNL RL Program.
October brought growth and standout performances from our ECNL and ECNL-RL Boys programs. As the season gained further rhythm, the teams built on their early success from the month of September with further positive results and high-level play across every age group. From competitive battles at the ECNL San Diego Event to key conference matchups at home, the month was packed with moments that highlighted the quality, depth, and determination running through the program.
âš˝ ECNL 11B STRONG SHOWING IN SAN DIEGO
The ECNL 11B squad put together an impressive run at the ECNL San Diego Event, held October 11–13 at Surf Cup Sports Park. Facing top competition from across the country, the team earned draws against Santa Clara Sporting (2–2) and Pateadores (1–1) before closing out the weekend with a 1–0 win over Gretna Elite. The group displayed resilience, composure, and quality soccer throughout, showing they can compete with some of the best programs in the nation.
âš˝ ECNL-RL 13B NORTH & 09B NORTH KEEP MOMENTUM
Both the ECNL-RL 13B North and 09B North squads remain undefeated and are currently sitting in second place in their respective conferences. Their consistency, teamwork, and sharp play on both sides of the ball have been key to their strong starts, putting them firmly in contention as the season heads into the winter stretch.
âš˝ ECNL-RL 10B SOUTH STAY PERFECT
The ECNL-RL 10B South team continues to impress with an undefeated record through October. Their balanced performances, strong defensive organization, and confident attacking play have set the tone for what’s shaping up to be a standout season.

The results this month reflect not only their dedication, but also the commitment and expertise of our coaching staff, who ensure every session challenges and develops the players. We’re excited to see this momentum carry forward as the season progresses.”

HTX Soccer is the largest youth soccer club in the Greater Houston area, with over 8,500 players ranging from recreational to elite levels, ages 3 to 19. Serving a 100-mile radius from Downtown Houston, HTX represents the true heart of soccer in the city and its surrounding communities. Since 2006, HTX has helped more than 775 players advance to collegiate soccer—more than any other club in the region.
