HTX Soccer Earns Top Honors in 2026 Best of The Woodlands Awards 🥇🏆
HTX Soccer is proud to announce that, for the seventh consecutive year, the club has been voted #1 in the “Best Elite Clubs & Youth Sports” category. In addition, HTX Soccer earned the #1 Award for “Best Camps” in the 2026 Woodlands Online Best of The Woodlands.
For seventeen years, thousands of local businesses and organizations have competed for recognition in the annual Best of The Woodlands awards. The 2026 competition, which opened February 1 and concluded this past week, saw tens of thousands of votes cast across more than 100 categories spanning sixteen business sectors.
Each February, The Woodlands community is invited to vote for its favorite organizations in categories including automotive, dining, education, entertainment, financial services, healthcare, home décor and improvement, real estate, retail, and more.
“It is an absolute honor, yet again, to be recognized as the Best Elite Clubs & Youth Sports for the last seven years in a row, along with the new award of Best Camps,” said Phil Ebner, Grassroots Director. “We love serving our local community in The Woodlands, and this recognition is truly a testament to the dedication of the entire HTX staff and volunteers who work tremendously hard throughout the year to provide a stellar environment for children to compete, play, and learn the valuable life lessons that only team sports can provide.”

HTX Soccer currently offers a Woodlands Recreational Program for ages 4–18, hosts elite-level weekend matches for top leagues in the country, and organizes national-level tournaments. All three areas continue to generate significant economic impact for the local community.

About HTX Soccer
HTX Soccer is the largest youth soccer club in the Greater Houston area, with over 8,500 players ranging from recreational to elite levels, ages 3 to 19. Serving a 100-mile radius from Downtown Houston, HTX represents the true heart of soccer in the city and its surrounding communities. Since 2006, HTX has helped more than 800 players advance to collegiate soccer, more than any other club in the region. The club has also seen 67 players selected for youth national team activities, and 17 players go on to play professionally around the world.
HTX’s elite boys’ teams compete in the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL), while the elite girls’ teams participate in the Girls Academy (G.A.) League, both top-tier platforms in U.S. youth soccer.
